What Our Clients Typically Ask For
• At least three years of facilities management experience, ideally in professional services or creative environments
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, fire safety, and building compliance
• Experience managing building maintenance, security, cleaning services, and space planning
• Ability to coordinate with landlords, managing agents, and service providers
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification or equivalent health and safety qualifications
• A practical, hands-on approach that balances strategic planning with reactive problem-solving
• Good interpersonal skills for working with staff at all levels in a creative environment
