What our clients typically ask for
5–8 years’ progressive HR experience, including demonstrable success as an HR Business Partner or Manager in a creative, consultancy or project-driven environment

CIPD Level 5/7 (or equivalent) and deep, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE, GDPR and best-practice ER case management

Strategic ownership of the employee lifecycle—workforce planning, recruitment partnering, onboarding, appraisal frameworks, L&D and succession pipelines

Data-driven mindset: comfortable using HRIS dashboards (HiBob, BambooHR, Sage People, etc.) to track KPIs on retention, engagement, DE&I and wellbeing—and turning insight into action plans for directors

Confident payroll & benefits oversight in collaboration with finance, plus vendor management for pensions, healthcare and EAPs

Influential communication—coaching line managers, mediating sensitive issues and presenting policy changes with clarity and tact

Passion for cultivating a positive, inclusive studio culture that balances creativity with commercial discipline
