What Our Clients Typically Ask For
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification with a strong generalist HR background
• Experience working closely with senior leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment process, onboarding programmes, and employee relations casework
• Competence in administering benefits, pension schemes, and HR budgeting with regular reporting and analytics
• Experience developing and maintaining HR policies and employee handbooks in line with current legislation
• Ability to coordinate health and safety compliance, mandatory training, and occupational health referrals
• A hands-on approach suited to firms of fifty to one hundred and fifty staff where you are the sole HR lead
