Who We Are
Architecture Social works with boutique and established hospitality interior design studios across London and beyond that are looking for Mid-Weight Interior Designers to contribute to luxury hotel, restaurant, and leisure projects. We are regularly briefed on roles within studios renowned for atmospheric design, bespoke furniture, and exquisite material palettes. Our relationships across the hospitality design sector mean we often hear about these creative positions well before they are publicly advertised.
What Our Clients Typically Ask For
• A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture with three to five years of hospitality or high-end residential experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating material knowledge, spatial awareness, and attention to detail
• Ability to develop design concepts from mood boards through to detailed FF&E specifications
• Experience producing technical drawings, finish schedules, and furniture layouts
• Skills in sourcing materials, attending factory visits for bespoke items, and managing sample libraries
• Confidence in client presentations and site attendance during fit-out
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
