• Three to five years of experience in workplace interiors or commercial fit-out projects
• Confident space planning, mood board development, and concept presentation skills
• Detailed design capability including construction drawings, joinery details, RCPs, and finish schedules
• FF&E specification and procurement management experience with furniture dealers and specialist suppliers
• Ability to work closely with project managers and QS teams to deliver within budget and programme
