A proven Practice Manager or senior Studio Manager with comprehensive experience within an architecture practice or a similar creative professional services firm.

Strong financial acumen, with responsibility for managing practice accounts, cash flow, project profitability, invoicing, and liaising with external accountants.

In-depth HR experience, including managing recruitment, employment contracts, staff appraisals, CPD programmes, and fostering a positive studio culture.

Oversight of all practice operations, including resource planning, managing quality assurance systems (e.g., ISO 9001), and ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ARB, RIBA).

The ability to contribute to business strategy, reporting on practice performance to the Directors and implementing processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
