What Our Clients Typically Ask For
• ARB registered architects with minimum five years post-qualification experience
• Ability to lead projects from RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 6 with full design and contract administration responsibility
• Experience managing small project teams of architects and technicians
• Significant client engagement — design presentations, stakeholder consultations, and planning authority coordination
• Building control submissions, specialist consultant coordination, and tender process management
• Understanding of DfE area guidelines, BB103 acoustic standards, and safeguarding requirements for school projects
