These studios ask us to maintain a shortlist of technically strong Project Architects who can take ownership of delivery from Stage 3 through to completion.

What our clients typically ask for
ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years post-Part III experience, including project leadership on hospitality or high-end refurbishment schemes

Strong Revit proficiency and confidence managing BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams

Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–7, including site-based problem solving

Familiarity with heritage and conservation contexts — listed building consent, traditional materials and sensitive interventions

Ability to manage client relationships, consultant coordination and contractor engagement

Mentoring capability — willingness to guide junior team members through technical delivery
