Extensive experience as a BIM Manager or Lead BIM Coordinator, with a proven track record on large, complex projects (£100m+).

Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (or BIM 360).

An in-depth understanding and practical mastery of the ISO 19650 suite of standards.

Responsibility for authoring and implementing the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and managing the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Experience leading BIM coordination and clash detection workshops with multidisciplinary consultant teams.

The ability to manage and audit the federated model, ensuring compliance with client and project standards.

A confident leader, able to train and mentor project teams and act as the main point of contact for all BIM-related matters with the client and contractor.
