What Our Clients Typically Ask For
– At least eight years' experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
– MCIAT or CIAT-accredited qualification preferred
– Excellent knowledge of HTM, HBN, and Infection Prevention and Control guidelines
– Expertise in fire strategy, acoustic performance, and accessibility requirements specific to healthcare
– Ability to manage BIM models to Level 2 standards and oversee all technical deliverables
– Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams on complex clinical projects
– Familiarity with SHTM standards for Scottish healthcare projects is an added advantage
