What Our Clients Typically Ask For
• Chartered Architectural Technologists with hands-on Passivhaus or equivalent delivery experience
• Confidence leading technical detailing for airtightness, thermal bridging and renewable energy integration
• Familiarity with thermal modelling tools such as PHPP, IES VE or similar platforms
• Experience producing detailed specifications and managing building control submissions
• Ability to coordinate with environmental consultants, energy assessors and site teams
