What Our Clients Typically Ask For
• Structural design experience across residential project types including new-build, conversion, and apartment schemes
• Proficiency with structural analysis software and experience producing calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Working knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel frame, and timber construction systems
• A degree in civil or structural engineering with progress towards chartered status (IStructE or ICE)
• Confidence conducting site visits, inspections, and liaising with architects and other consultants
• At least three years of post-graduate structural design experience
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-engineering project stakeholders
