You will also play a vital role in recruitment and onboarding, maintaining staff records, and ensuring a positive and structured work environment.

Working closely with accountants and bookkeepers, you’ll manage expenses, invoices, payroll reports, and VAT returns. You’ll also assist the directors in business development, helping to create studio portfolios, manage new business opportunities, and coordinate participation in networking events and industry fairs. Your marketing skills will be put to use in managing the studio’s website and social media platforms, coordinating award submissions, and curating engaging content that reflects the practice’s design ethos.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You should be proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships across the team. Experience in studio or office management, project coordination, or HR is highly desirable, and proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential.
