We are currently recruiting for an Architect with 3D modelling capability to join our Transportation team in London. If you have experience of using Bentley Projectwise CDE and would like to be the BIM lead for the sector this might be the role for you!

Experience and Qualifications
RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations
Experience of working within transport and technology sectors
Collaborative experience of working directly with the client, contractor and multi- disciplinary design teams
Experience working across multiple projects providing BIM and Technical support
Relevant Skills and Knowledge
BIM Lead Bentley OBD and MicroStation skills are essential.
Experience in Autodesk Revit and BIM360 tools welcome.
High level of BIM standards awareness and practical experience.
Previous knowledge of using Common Data Environments in particular Bentley ProjectWise
Excellent knowledge of NBS Building and NBS Create specification systems
Highly computer literate, skilled in all standard Office and Graphic applications
Skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
Working knowledge of town planning procedures
