Architect Position in Innovative Design Studio

Role Overview:
- Job Title: Architect
- Reporting To: Partner for daily project involvement, with overarching guidance from the Senior Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage deeply with the design project, understanding its scope, objectives, and challenges.
- Prepare and refine drawings, models, images, and other design documentation as required.
- Assist in coordinating the internal design team and contribute to specific areas of project development as directed by the project leader.
- Facilitate communication with external design teams and associated organizations to ensure cohesive project progress.
- Maintain continuous professional development (CPD) and adhere to annual Personal Development Plans (PDP) in line with professional standards (e.g., RIBA, AIA, NABAR).
- Ensure thorough knowledge of and compliance with the studio’s procedures and standards.

- Strong capability in formulating design decisions and presenting them for discussion.
- Proficiency in various media for design development and documentation.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to respond effectively to direction or instruction.

- Insight into the financial aspects of running a design project on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
