An internationally renowned design studio based in London is currently seeking an experienced Architect to join our team, focusing on a variety of innovative Hospitality projects. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Revit and Technical Design, who brings a proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to world-class design solutions.

Position Overview:

• Location: London, UK
• Employment Type: Full-time, with a flexible and hybrid work model

Role Summary: You'll be part of a collaborative team, working across all stages of design with a particular focus on stage 3 onwards. This role involves direct involvement in the creative process, from concept to completion, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in design processes, from programming through to schematic design and development.
• Work closely with project teams to develop design concepts that push the boundaries of hospitality design.
• Ensure effective communication and relationship building with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Produce detailed documentation, including plans, elevations, and construction drawings, using Revit.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3Ds Max is advantageous.
• A track record of working on retail, commercial, or international design projects would be distinct advantages.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and graphic presentation skills.
• Creative and technical proficiency demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
