Calling all architecture maestros! Are you a trailblazing architect ready to join an award-winning studio in London? If designing eye-catching forms and creating new spaces are your bread and butter, then this opportunity is your jam!
Their projects span across all scales, from masterplans to objects, all underpinned by the ambition to uplift the human experience.
The architect they're seeking will be a key player in coordinating and engaging in design team interaction, communicating design ideas to a wide range of audiences, and solving construction challenges. They are on the lookout for someone who is flexible, can work on projects of all scales, and isn't afraid to dive into the nitty-gritty details of design.
The ideal candidate is someone who has two to three years’ post-Part 3 experience, preferably with experience in office refurbishments. An ARB registered architect with excellent visualization skills using Rhino, Enscape, 3ds Max, or V-Ray is what they're aiming for.
Proficiency in MicroStation or Revit is also a must, and if you have experience in UK procurement and construction, consider it a bonus.
What’s in it for you, you ask? Well, apart from being a part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you get to share in the company's annual profit scheme, enjoy time-off-in-lieu, become a member of the RIBA pension scheme, and access enhanced maternity and paternity leave after a year. You'll also have opportunities for professional growth through training and development, be part of studio outings and social events, and access health and wellbeing initiatives. Did we mention the office is closed during the Christmas period? Oh, and they've got more perks to share too!
Don't forget, this studio is all about promoting diversity and inclusion in the building industry. So, if you're from a group that's currently underrepresented in the industry, they're especially keen to hear from you!
