Your typical day will see you liaising with the Project Lead, architecting building designs, scrutinising briefs, creating drawings, and participating in design team meetings. You'll also coordinate with consultants and relevant statutory authorities, partake in client meetings and presentations, and contribute your insights to the firm's knowledge base.
Necessary for this role is proficiency in Revit and BIM360 Model Coordination & Document Management. If your experience extends to RIBA Stages 3, 4, and 5, technical expertise, familiarity with data centres and office buildings, and Adobe Creative Suite skills, you'd be an exceptional candidate!
