Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist / Technician with a proven background in the Residential sector, to join a fast-growing Architectural practice based in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. The practice is wanting to expand and have had a successful past 24 months despite the obvious pressures that practically all companies and industries have faced in that time. We have been practising for 17 years now and have built a reputation on high quality design and offering a good level of service to our clients.
There is now a requirement and opportunity for an Architectural Technologist / Technician to join the team to work on predominantly new build residential developments. It would be ideal for the Architectural Technologist / Technician to have worked in a private practice with a focus on Residential work or coming directly from a housebuilder environment.
You will be involved in the construction cycle, on new build developments from small plots through to multi-unit developments.

Owing to the need for regular meetings with teams in the office and clients, the practice have returned to full time office working. We work within COVID 19 safety guidelines, but flexibility can be offered in extenuating circumstances and discussed with the Director.
