So, what's the job like day-to-day? First off, you'll be reporting directly to the Creative Director and managing an ever-growing team. The role doesn’t just stop at management; you will be leading projects, networking at industry events, and even generating new projects. Sounds like a lot? Your role is really the beating heart of each project. You'll be the go-between for everyone from construction teams to clients. Essentially, you'll steer the ship and make sure everyone is rowing in the same direction. Not just any direction, mind you, but towards exceptional design that makes people feel good.
 
Let's get down to brass tacks on skills. You need a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. Extensive hospitality experience is key and residential experience would be a cherry on top. You’ll also need to be a whiz at AutoCAD, and if you know your way around 3D packages, even better! Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are a given, but the firm is also on the hunt for someone who brings passion, creativity, and ambition to the table.
