Job Description

A medium-sized Central London architectural practice is looking for an Associate Architect to join their team.

The successful candidate will lead projects, manage a small team, and represent the firm to clients in the Retirement Housing / Care sector. The ideal Architect will have experience running projects up to £60-70m in value through all stages, with a particular focus on stages 1-3.

If you have used Revit this will be useful, ideally the studio is looking for someone with a visual flair who has the ability to put together high-quality presentation material using 3D programs and Photoshop. The practice is able to train up the new member on BIM should they need to.

Open-ended on salary based on experience and the potential for a higher salary for someone who can contribute to work-winning in the future. The practice is a leader in the sector, plenty of growth and you will be leading from the front with support from the directors to take this team to the next level.
