We are looking for a highly motivated Bids and Marketing Manager to steer our Bids and Marketing functions within the practice, co-ordinating and writing bid submissions and implementing marketing and PR initiatives.
The role will involve working closely with our senior management team and building strong relationships internally and externally, managing and co-ordinating high-quality bid and tender submissions, assisting in the support and delivery of marketing campaigns, managing events, PR, e-communications, social media, internal and external communications, and general marketing functions.

Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level (or hold relevant professional qualifications), with experience within architecture, construction or related built environment fields. Experience of working on bid and tender processes is crucial, as is a proven ability to co-ordinate the work of others, and build strong relationships internally and externally.
We will also consider applications from individuals with experience at ‘co-ordinator’ level looking to take a step up, or those experienced within the architecture industry looking to change career path.

- Experience of event management
- Ability to critically assess and appraise the work of others
