Are you a savvy BIM Coordinator on the lookout for a role that puts your skills at the centre of truly exceptional architectural design?
Ever dreamt of being part of a creative practice that leaves a lasting mark across the UK, Europe, and Africa? If so, you might just be the perfect fit for an internationally acclaimed London-based architectural practice!
This practice, established in 2005, holds a reputation for delivering extraordinary architecture that stands the test of time. Their diverse portfolio is a testament to their ability to work across varying geographies, building sizes, and typologies. They're currently seeking a BIM coordinator who can help them establish and manage BIM project workflows within their dynamic office.
In this role, your responsibilities will encompass everything from developing and maintaining BIM protocols, implementing BIM Execution Plans, setting up the modelling environment, and ensuring the accuracy of models and datasets. You'll be the go-to for training and assistance for the project team and play a key part in sourcing and maintaining model content. Your role will also involve coordinating data modelling, liaising with the design team, and creating adaptive components and custom Revit families.
To be considered, you'll need a minimum of five years' experience as a BIM Coordinator with a sound knowledge of BIM Level 2. Experience with Navisworks and COBie is highly desirable, as is the ability to showcase a solid working background with the delivery of BIM projects. Any building design experience within RIBA Stages 3-5 would be advantageous, as would any knowledge of Dynamo, though this isn't a deal-breaker.
This is the perfect opportunity if you have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive and positive disposition. You'll need to be good at building relationships, capable of liaising at all levels, and be both a practical and strategic thinker.
This practice welcomes passionate designers who are excited to work on a range of international projects. They're on the hunt for dynamic, engaged individuals who are eager to excel and push their career to new heights. They value diversity, inclusivity, and truly believe that the range of cultures within their team is what sets their projects apart. If you're ready to bring your creativity, ingenuity, and personality to their team, they're excited to meet you.
