To succeed in this role, you'll need at least five years of experience as a BIM Coordinator, with solid knowledge of BIM Level 2. Experience with Navisworks and COBie is desirable, and a history of delivering BIM projects is a must. You should have building design experience RIBA Stage 3-5. And if you happen to have knowledge of Dynamo, that's an added bonus!
But it's not just about the skills. You'll need to be a strategic thinker, self-motivated and ready to build relationships at all levels. If you're this person and ready for an exciting challenge, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
