Are you a Part II, Architect or Technician/Technologist passionate about BIM and working within an Architecture Practice on a project’s team?
Over the years I have met very talented Architectural Assistants and Architects who have had a key role within a design team in coordinating and optimising a BIM model on a live project.
Sometimes you can fall into this role accidentally, or perhaps you have always been passionate about BIM and it is something you actively wanted to take on.
This is a skill set that is very valuable, however as the need of the projects changes within the office you may find that your role morphs back into the traditional role of a designer.
If you prefer to focus on maintaining project BIM models, supporting documents, training team members and providing BIM coordination instead of a designer's traditional responsibilities of a designer I can help you with that transition.
Currently, I am working with several Architecture Practices that need this skillset for the role of dedicated BIM Coordinators.
