• Working knowledge of ISO19650
• Advanced Revit skills and in-depth knowledge of Revit & Navisworks (experience with clash detection and report production is a plus)
• A proactive attitude to champion cross-discipline BIM coordination
• A collaborative working style to troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium/large scale projects using Revit and related technologies
• Architecture or Architectural Technologist degree (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, and BIM360
