They're looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join their London team, where you'll work hand-in-hand with project teams and design technology management to coordinate large BIM datasets and navigate complex project design situations. Plus, you'll get to mentor and upskill team members in design technology practices across all project stages, working closely with the BIM Manager.

Here's what they're hoping to find in you:

• Working knowledge of ISO19650
• Advanced Revit skills and in-depth knowledge of Revit & Navisworks (experience with clash detection and report production is a plus)
• A proactive attitude to champion cross-discipline BIM coordination
• A collaborative working style to troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium/large scale projects using Revit and related technologies
• Architecture or Architectural Technologist degree (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, and BIM360
