About the Role: As the Project BIM Manager, you will be at the forefront of BIM implementation and management, playing a key role in project setup, strategy development, and workflow optimization. This position involves overseeing BIM Coordinators, direct technical support to project teams, and regular reporting on project progress, training needs, and workflow adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project-specific BIM strategies and workflows.
• Act as Information Manager, overseeing BIM coordinators and ensuring model quality and BIM standards compliance.
• Manage project BIM models, documentation, and deliverables, offering hands-on support when necessary.
• Train and mentor project team members in BIM processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Bentley software (OpenBuildings Designer/AecoSIM and ProjectWise) and knowledgeable in GenerativeComponents.
• Familiarity with ISO19650 suite and experience managing projects to UK BIM standards.
