Hey there, BIM Specialist!

I've got a fantastic opportunity for you with an international architectural company known for its entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork across different areas of expertise. They're on the lookout for a talented BIM Specialist to join their Design Technology Team in London. In this role, you'll be helping out with development tasks, supporting the wider implementation of BIM in the office, and providing general project support. You'll be the go-to person for everything BIM & Revit related, so having an open and positive attitude when helping your colleagues is essential.

Working as part of the Design Technology Team, you'll also collaborate with BIM Teams in New York, Barcelona, and Copenhagen to align workflows and continuously develop new ideas. You'll have a hand in steering, developing, and improving content libraries, as well as helping with coordination tasks and clash detection exercises using Navisworks or BIM360.

What they're looking for:

At least 3 years of professional work experience with Revit as your core BIM tool
Passion for architectural technology, project delivery, and computation
Expertise in Revit and familiarity with architectural design and drawing set production
Experience with 3D coordination and clash detection on previous projects
Effective teaching and communication skills
Organized, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
Flexibility and ability to manage priorities

Bonus points if you have skills in Rhino.Inside, Dynamo, Python, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, the Ideate Suite for Revit, BIM 360 Team/Design, or CDE Systems. Knowledge of British BIM standards and relevant professional certifications are also a plus.
