We're on the lookout for an ambitious, talented, and organized Business Development Coordinator to join the vibrant team of a globally recognized design studio experiencing remarkable growth.

Your New Role:
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be a pivotal part of the Operations Team, reporting directly to the Director of Business Development. You'll work closely with every member of the Business Development Team, including the Managing Director, Partners, and Associates, playing a key role in the studio's future growth.
What You'll Do:
- Actively support the Business Development Team in enhancing the studio's presence across existing markets, focusing on the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East.
- Lead the production and delivery of crucial pre-qualification documents (PQQ/RFP/RFQ/RFI), coordinating the creation and editing of both graphic and written content for proposals and presentations.
- Maintain and update critical business development materials and databases, becoming a subject-matter-expert in CRM and project databases.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client, consultant, and collaborator relationships, supporting logistics for new client inquiries.
- Coordinate and support office and project-related tours for potential clients and collaborators, contributing proactively and bringing new ideas to the table.
Who We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Urban Studies, Communications, Writing, or a related field, with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or design industries.
- An individual with a strong interest in market research in architecture and design, particularly within the specified regions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, self-disciplined, and enthusiastic approach.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and experience with CRM systems.
