Experience in high-end bespoke projects is a plus, but what's crucial is your ability to deliver projects across all RIBA work stages with a thorough understanding of construction detailing and regulations.
  
Whether working independently or collaborating within complex, multi-agency teams, you can operate with minimal supervision. While familiarity with ArchiCAD would be advantageous, it's not a requirement as training will be provided.
