Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part I Assistant to aid with a range of projects at our practice in Winchester. Applicants should ideally have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and good working ability in SketchUp. We provide a broad and engaging experience that will be of great benefit when progressing to Part II studies, the practice also offers support in filling PEDR sheets and developing the skills and knowledge required.

Below are the ideal skills and abilities that candidates should have:

Strong and clear presentation and graphic communication skills in both 2D and 3D.
A high standard of written and spoken English.
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
Good working ability of Sketchup.
A team player who efficiently manages their time, deadlines, and workload.

Salary will be based on experience and skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Produce drawn and written information to support applications to local authorities, and be submitted to consultants and contractors.

Assist in developing designs in 2D and 3D format for review by the Design Team and clients.

Ability to manage time and workload.

Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience is attractive although not required.

Candidates should have obtained their Part 1 qualification and must be legally authorised to work in he UK.
