Job Description

This is a full-time role as a Retrofit Specialist Part 2 Architectural Assistant located in Cambridge, with flexibility for some remote work. As part of our team, the Retrofit Specialist Part 2 Architectural Assistant will work on retrofit and refurbishment projects, as well as other architectural projects. You will prepare drawings, reports and design proposals and contribute to project design, development and management. You will also collect and analyse data to inform project design and may assist with project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (Part 2)
Proficiency in using Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment and manage time effectively
Knowledge of retrofit materials and methods, and experience with retrofit and refurbishment projects is a plus
Experience and working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus
Experience with energy efficiency measures and low energy design is a plus
A passion for sustainable architecture and design
