Are you a Senior Architect or Architectural Designer who's been craving the opportunity to let your creativity run wild across a variety of global projects?
Looking for a role where your dynamism, innovation, and talent can truly shine? If that's you, then our London-based client is on the lookout for someone just like you!
Our client is seeking seasoned Senior Architects and Architectural Designers to join their London Studio. This respected firm is known for handling mid to large-scale architectural projects, primarily in the commercial mixed-use & hospitality sectors, covering all aspects of design and development.
What's the kind of candidate that would thrive in this role? You're a designer at heart with a portfolio that exhibits exceptional creativity and innovative thinking. Experience in the hospitality industry would be a feather in your cap. You've successfully seen large scale international projects through all work stages, and have had the pleasure of managing small teams to bring ideas to life.
Your organisational and supervisory skills are on point, with a proven record of delivering great results by managing projects and people effectively. Communication is your forte; you know how to engage with internal and external stakeholders, keeping the conversation flowing smoothly. Computer proficiency in applications like Revit, Rhino, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite is a must, and if you're good with Grasshopper scripting, that's a plus!
To match your qualifications, you'll hold a degree in a related design field or hold equivalent certification, and professional registration is preferred.
What's in it for you? Our client offers a competitive salary and an agile work model, with the option of working from home two days a week. The work environment is fun, inclusive, and collaborative, with an active social calendar to keep things lively. In addition, you'll get 22 days of annual leave with the option to buy more, and benefits include private medical/life insurance and pension.
The responsibilities of this role are as varied as they are exciting. You'll deliver top-notch design and/or technical work, manage projects, coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and professionals, and lead junior team members. You'll build strong relationships with clients and consultants, manage aspects of the project budget, and even get the chance to present your ideas in key client meetings.
If you're excited about this opportunity and ready to make a significant impact, let's discuss this role further. Embrace the challenge and help shape the future of architectural design.
