Role Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a fully qualified architect, with a strong background in the construction sector, specifically within Justice and Emergency Services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and project teams, ensuring high levels of design quality, environmental consideration, and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional skills in client relationship management, with a proven track record of managing high-level engagements.
- Expertise in sustainable building design, professional services and construction contract administration, and health and safety management in design.
- Proficiency in Revit and experience with Information Management (BIM) to ISO 16950 standards.
- Experience in managing fee proposals and delivering successful bids and projects is essential.
