About the Role: The successful candidate will join a team that's deeply involved in shaping the creative and strategic direction of their projects. You will play a crucial role in the studio's ongoing growth and will be pivotal in leading high-profile developments.
 
Key Qualifications:

• Must hold a Part 3 architecture qualification or equivalent, with at least three years post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in UK-based projects, especially those involving historical or existing structures, is essential.
• Outstanding conceptual, graphic, and design skills are required, showcased through a robust portfolio.
• Strong command of both 3D and 2D software tools (e.g., Revit, Microstation, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Rhino).
• Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, lead teams, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Must be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be motivated to mentor others while embracing continuous personal development.
• Experience with interiors and FF&E is advantageous but not required.
