So, what are they looking for in terms of skills and experience?

• Solid experience managing and coordinating design programs (MS Project and Primavera know-how is a big plus!)
• Risk and opportunity identification and mitigation expertise
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience preparing detailed design briefs for designers and subcontractors
• Impressive presentation skills (both verbal and visual, with software and hand drawing)
• CAD skills, and Revit is a bonus
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Adobe/Affinity Suite applications
• Proficiency in other languages is highly valued

As for your qualifications and background:

• Ideally, you have an architectural or engineering background
• Broad experience in design management for large-scale, multidisciplinary, and complex projects at all stages
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction types
• Familiarity with town planning procedures
• International work experience is highly valued
• Proven extensive experience in design and design management
• Experience in various sectors, particularly Aviation and Rail Projects, Business Space, and Advanced Tech projects (including data centers)
