As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key player in our collaborative and creative Interiors studio. With a minimum of 12+ years of experience in managing high-profile luxury residential interior projects, you will take charge of overseeing a team of 8+ professionals and orchestrating the seamless execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled Interior Architects, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Manage and oversee projects with the Interior Architecture team, from conceptualisation to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the design and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent and project execution.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of management experience in luxury and super prime residential interiors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of 8+ professionals and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury residential interior processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Background in luxury residential interiors is essential.
• Proficient in Vectorworks OR AutoCAD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac usage.
• Experience in client relations and team management
• Practical knowledge of design execution and construction standards.
