From articulating sustainability services to clients to preparing reports for planning applications, you'll be deeply involved in shaping the sustainable future of residential construction.
 
Who Are They Looking For?
If you have a relevant degree in fields like sustainability, environmental science, or building services and have clocked in at least 5 years working in the residential construction industry, you're already on their radar. Experience in managing a team? That's another check in your favor. You should also be up-to-date with all the UK's regulations about energy and CO2 emissions. A BREEAM, LEED, or Home Quality Mark assessor qualification will make you a standout candidate.
