• At least eight years of post-Part 3 experience.
• A strong portfolio featuring multi-home and private residential projects.

• Outstanding technical knowledge and a flair for detailed drawing.
• Proficiency in Revit is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and presentation skills.
• A valid ARB registration and the right to live and work in the UK.
