Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining a tidy studio environment, coordinating software licenses, and liaising with IT consultants to ensure that all equipment and software are maintained. You will also support project teams by organizing materials for design reviews and managing the studio’s archival system.

Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact for contractors, oversee health and safety compliance, and assist in organizing studio social events and outings, enhancing the studio's vibrant community life. Your role will extend to supporting communication efforts, such as distributing booklets and managing the studio’s offsite archive.
