How many times have you heard people tell you that to succeed as a practising Architect or to run a successful business you must find your niche?

Over the years I’ve seen first-hand many people rise up through the ranks at their company to director level as well as seeing talented individuals set up their own Architecture Practice successfully.

That’s all well and good, and I can share some insights into the behaviours and qualities that are common amongst the rising stars. What’s more valuable is that over the years is that I’ve seen hundreds of talented individuals within Architecture get STUCK, FRUSTRATED or being made REDUNDANT.

That’s just the employees, I’ve also seen hundreds of hopeful new businesses wind up in the start-up cemetery. The entrepreneurial Architects in these scenarios also share common traits.
