About the Designer
Maria Ji is a recent Part I Architecture graduate from the University of Nottingham, where she completed her BArch Hons with a 2:1 class. She has worked on projects ranging from community buildings and residential blocks to educational centres and masterplanning.
She has experience in both technical and creative settings. At FACTOTUM, a hardware construction store in Barcelona, she created bespoke 3D furniture models for clients, deepening her understanding of materials and user needs. Currently, she is interning at Moya Sala SL, where she assists the head architect with technical drawings, planning documentation for the city council, and going on-site visits, gaining valuable insight into how the concept becomes reality alongside the parameters of regulation.
Maria Ji is currently looking for Part 1 Architectural Assistant positions in the UK in order to take the nect steps in her career and build on her academic and practical foundations and contribute to detail oriented, socially conscious, environmentally responsible designs.
