Aasif Nur Shadman is currently a Part II Architectural Assistant and Urban Designer with international academic and industry experience. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from North South University, Bangladesh. His academic projects focused on urban regeneration, music and culture-based architecture, and connecting public spaces to natural systems.
Aasif has professional experience in both the UK and Bangladesh, having worked on a range of residential, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure projects. He contributed to the 3D visualisation and design development of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Tunnel service area and the Dhaka Central Jail redevelopment. His UK experience includes working with Delight Creations and, more recently, at Larsen Architecture and Rendall & Rittner. Aasif is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion, and brings a strong visualisation and master planning skillset to his projects. Currently, he is further developing his architectural practice through professional mentoring and is looking to re-join the design industry in a full-time architectural or urban design role.
