Her award-winning thesis, Redcliffe Roots - Farm for thought, reflects her interest in the sustainable and advancing urban farming industries while re-establishing connections between urban communities and the origins of their food.
The project carefully considers the urban fabric, utilising dominant axial lines to transition from urban to green spaces.
At the University of Nottingham’s end-of-year show, Redcliffe Roots received four award nominations, winning the Urban Design and Context Prize and receiving commendations in both the Part 1 Sustainability Award and Part 1 Portfolio of the Year.
