Samantha's Final year project focuses primarily on regenerating the surrounding area of the Queensway tunnel’s entrance in Liverpool, while integrating a lower-level bike lane in the derelict void under the tunnel's road level.

The methodology to achieve this involves generating an exciting journey that plays with the concept of movement through different stages of light, creating a sharp contrast that defines each functional space.

This journey is also enhanced by changes in levels such as staircases, ramps and slopes. These inclining features facilitate a change in perspective, elevating the experience for the visitor as they procession through the buildings.
