Her thesis, "The Norwich Food Hub" is a vibrant celebration of culture, community, and shared resilience. This community-driven initiative celebrates the rich traditions of refugee communities, often forgotten, by bringing people together through the universal language of food. However, it’s more than just food, the hub serves as a vital support system, creating opportunities for refugees to gain employment, develop agricultural skills as well as others, and explore entrepreneurship, all centred around sustainable practices. Its objectives are to strengthen food security and promote a self-sufficient community, while encouraging sustainable living and fostering meaningful intercultural discussions.
