The Play Patchwork! proposes a Community-Play House as a catalyst for transformation, to address the loss of free child-led Play.
Set in Harpurhey, Greater Manchester, the scheme aims to overcome the spatial and systemic barriers surrounding Play access, improve access to free Play opportunities and strengthen community bonds in order to restore Play as a fundamental part of everyday life for primary school children aged 5-12 years old.
