Unlike our directory service which is free or a one-off cost depending on the package you select, if you would like to instruct our dedicated recruitment team to find a suitable candidate for a vacancy within your company, then there is a cost for this service. 1) Speculative applications that are made by job seekers that apply to your listings in our directory are a courtesy service from the Architecture Social as part of our online directory with no recruitment charge for any introductions.

Thank you for registering with Architecture Social (“the Company”). Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions, which outline our recruitment services:

1. Our Role & Compliance

Architecture Social Limited acts:

  • As an Employment Agency for permanent roles.
  • As an Employment Business for contract assignments.

These services comply fully with Regulations 14 and 15 of The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (“Conduct Regulations”). We specialise in connecting talented architecture professionals like you with rewarding career opportunities.

2. Types of Employment

You’re registering to seek:

  • Permanent or Contract employment within the architectural sector.

For contract roles, we’ll secure market-competitive pay and conditions, always at least meeting the current National Minimum Wage standards.

3. Your Personal Information

By registering, you agree we may:

  • Collect personal details directly from you or via platforms such as LinkedIn and our social media channels.

4. Privacy Commitment

We handle your personal data responsibly, strictly adhering to our Privacy Notice.

5. Contract Assignments

For candidates pursuing contract positions:

  • Services are provided under our Terms of Business.
  • We provide you with Key Information Documents to assist your decision on how you’ll offer your services.
  • Inform us promptly of your chosen service provision method before we arrange any assignments.

6. Free Recruitment Services

Our recruitment service is free of charge for candidates. Our support includes:

  • Maintaining your details securely in our candidate database.
  • Proactively matching you to suitable roles and regularly communicating updates.
  • Facilitating introductions to potential employers and arranging interviews upon your consent.
  • Assisting you in finalising job offers and contract terms.

Please note, while we actively pursue suitable opportunities, we cannot guarantee placements or interviews.

7. Accuracy & Updates

Ensure your details and CV remain accurate and current:

  • Promptly provide referee details when requested (referees will only be contacted with your explicit permission).

8. Opt-Out from Conduct Regulations

You may opt out of the Conduct Regulations for contract assignments by returning the signed Notice of Opt-Out provided. You can withdraw your opt-out anytime, effective upon notification.
