Understanding Your Bonus
A simple way to calculate your bonus:
- Your base target is your annual salary × 5
- Any revenue above your base target earns bonus commission:
- Start earning an extra 2.5%
- Grows to 3.75%
- Hit the top tier for 5% bonus! 💰
Example with £30,000 salary:
- Base target: £150,000
- Bill £175,000? That's £25,000 over target = Extra money!
- Keep billing more to hit higher percentages
- Aim for that 5% tier to maximize your earnings! 💰
Remember: The higher you bill, the more bonus you earn!
