Assael Architecture is an award-winning London-based practice founded in 1994, offering a cohesive suite of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and visualisation services in the UK and abroad. The practice specialises in residentially-led mixed-use schemes and works across sectors including hospitality, commercial and masterplanning.
Assael takes a tenacious, analytical and contextual approach to architecture, designing homes across all tenures from private-for-sale and private-for-rent, including Build to Rent, through to shared-equity and social-rented affordable homes. Every project is approached from the environmental, social and economic dimensions of sustainable design, often integrating leisure, retail and cultural uses to help deliver thriving communities.
The practice has particular experience realising the potential of complicated sites in sensitive urban locations, from the refurbishment of listed buildings to new-build developments on brownfield sites.
